ManicD Posted at 11:43 am on July 14, 2008 ummmmmm...thats EXACTLY what system restore does. your only other option is to put the XP cd in and do a repair install. to do this do NOT choose the first repair option you see, at that screen choose install, then choose the SECOND repair option you see.
