how do you install windows on a linux computer without wine on it?

If you mean you want to get rid of Linux and use Windows...

Pop your Windows CD/DVD in the drive, boot up from the CD/DVD, format the drive, install and away you go!

For dual boot?  Repartition the hard drive using fdisk, install windows in the new free space with its installer.
