Like for ex. the round area would turn green and then the bottom would turn purple and then some other part would turn green etc. Basically everyting on the screen changes to a diff. color. Does anyone know the keyboard shorcut to change the colors?

Do you just want to change the theme? Right-click on your desktop and click "Properties". I think it's the last tab on the right ("Settings"?) or second-to-last ("Appearance"?). There should be a color selection drop down box that will let you select blue, green, or silver. (Sorry for not knowing the exact names--I'm not running XP right now so I can't look them up).
