| go back to a previous system restore point. i hope you made one before you tried to install it. norton can be difficult to handle (not as bad as mcaffee, but still bad) |

| Try googling it. I had that problem with Norton on a computer a couple years ago, and there was some sort of trick to uninstalling it. Like going into a hidden folder and having to manually delete something. But I don't remember what I had to do. So just try googling it, and you should be able to find a walkthrough of what to do. |

| just go into your control panel and see if you can uninstall it from there. if not call the number and let them walk you through it |
