Replies climber783 Posted at 1:38 pm on April 23, 2008 I found this, it is an uninstall tool.  Since using the uninstall option in Windows doesn't remove it completely, use this.  It has step by step instructions.   http://service1.symantec.com/support/nip.nsf/docid/2001090510510636 blufindr Posted at 1:48 am on April 23, 2008 go back to a previous system restore point. i hope you made one before you tried to install it. norton can be difficult to handle (not as bad as mcaffee, but still bad) climber783 Posted at 5:26 pm on April 19, 2008 Try googling it.  I had that problem with Norton on a computer a couple years ago, and there was some sort of trick to uninstalling it.  Like going into a hidden folder and having to manually delete something.  But I don't remember what I had to do.  So just try googling it, and you should be able to find a walkthrough of what to do.
