I need help in choosing a spyware removal program that is free. (Freeware). You can also make suggestions with other freeware spyware removal software.

Just use both thats what i do,

use spybot to immuninize your computer or w.e it does.. and you can scan on that..

and then scan on ad-aware.. its better to have more than one if they arn't running at the same time.. cos then one may miss something etc!

I am not very fond of AVG's products, I am more fond of Avast Antivirus' built in spyware protection, although it does need some side help. I have Microsoft Windows Vista SP1 so that would mean I have about 3 spyware programs working with my computer, but I am still getting slammed with privacy violations. I had 79 privacy violations yesterday when I used Ad-Aware 2008. I have not used Spybot Search and Destroy 1.51 yet.

AVG Anti-spyware

I like SUPERAntiSpyware.  Of the two you posted above, I much prefer Ad-Aware to Spybot.  They have different strengths... if you're already really infected, they're probably not going to get rid of everything anyway.
