Diamond Dog Posted at 6:35 am on Mar. 25, 2005 Well sometimes if you go to google, and type in "viewpoint and the file extension", and search under "groups", it will show other people that have either had the same problem with the file, or know what the file is and how to eliminate it. Sometimes if you click "Ctrl, Alt, and Delete", and click on processes, it will show up there and you can delete it.
