First off, get rid of Mcafee LOL, it sucks the ballz man! Get fuckin Norton even, it's shit but at least it's better than Mcafee. Secondly, 1 anti-spyware tool isn't usually enough. For spyware you could try, Spybot search and destroy or Ad-aware SE Personal. I tend to like AVG for anti virus and Ad-aware for spyware. Avast click this link and go to this site and register, and download it. after that install the Avast and copy past the activation key from your E-mail.
