How do you get rid of tracking cookies? because spybot keeps finding them and when i say fix it, the program freezes up.  So I deleted all my cookies and yet that didn't prove anything.

So what do I have to do?

It will say something like...

Tracking Cookie (Firebird Default)
or
Tracking Cookie (Internet Explorer: Ashley)

and then it says  whatever@whereever...

can i get rid of them? because i don't want this crap tracking me... and i seem to be getting ads from something, and i'm trying to delete that lil rascal.

and adaware will make my computer shut down, so i'm just going to delete that program...
