i read up on it and it COULD be a virus, but since i've scanned and its nothing, they also said its a printer process, thing is... i haven't tried to print ANYTHING and idk, i just ended the process and no problem so far...
explicit: throat.
Well since i put a topic up about my computer i figured out spools.exe has been running every time on my computer when i start it... i dont have ANYTHING on when my computer loads or anything. i read up on it and it COULD be a virus, but since i've scanned and its nothing, they also said its a printer process, thing is... i haven't tried to print ANYTHING and idk, i just ended the process and no problem so far...
No matter what, whether you have a printer or not - spools.exe is an automatic process. Yes, you can end it or turn it off completely, but it won't make a difference.
All it is is the "printer" service. It basically adds support for your computer to be able to print. Nothing harmful.
