Replies derailedjet Posted at 9:58 am on Oct. 1, 2008 The way this website value finder works is by checking hot many links in and out you have (something which Google can pretty easily tell you) and based on that evaluates an approximate value for your site, most likely considering advertising potential. A website is only worth something to someone if they can get at least that much in returns from advertisments within a certain period. The more links you have to other sites, and the more links you have TO your site, the more money it's worth. What this does not evaluate are things like your domain name, look and feel of the site, user-friendliness and other such attributes which can only be evaluated by a human.
