Okay, so I'm posting this for my friend.

Pretty much, when she opens Firefox is crashes immediately and a message comes up saying it has to close due to an error (the normal message with the error report button thing).
I have looked on Google for her and copied some stuff to her to help, but none of it has worked.

Any help?
