Who knows what I pushed... but now MS words put in all the markings for when you tabbed, when you put in a paragraph (like the arrow and stuff).  It looks very irritating..

Anyone know how I turn it off?

Ah, thanks!  I used the link... you think it would be obvious to just spot the little paragraph sign in the toolbar... :).
