Few things, they said I need a spare keep in advanced to keep in the car because of the Ford Securilock system. And also they said it includes "basic" installation free. Is it ever free or do they find things to charge for? Anybody use this system or had experiences with it, like how sensitive is it to touch. And it has an optional "radar" proximity sensor they told me I need as well. And will this thing use the alarm siren to chirp or the horn?

They may be certified in Best Buy's install tech. but not true installing. In fact, car audio/alarms are one of the highest margin items in the store.
