if you don't know how to install a car battery then you truly are a n00b btw.

it's two cables and lifting the old one out, putting the new one in, and attaching the cables in the proper (red to +, black to -)

i dont get what hes asking for is he asking for a jump or something?

Just go to the automotive section at a place like Sears and you can see car battery chargers.  They are meant to add enough charge for when a battery dies and you need to start the car a few more times to get a new one.  Not a permanent solution.

To the person with the alternator comment.  Even with an alternator batteries die, but over at least 3 years on most decent batteries.

If you need to constantly charge a battery it is time to get a new one, deal with it.  You can usually get a cheap-o battery for about $40.  Do the install yourself so you don't pay with that too

I doubt it. And why do you think your battery will "need a new charge?"

yes, if you find someone to do it, a gas station might charge you though
blufindr Posted at 1:35 am on Nov. 22, 2008
It is if you do it while the other guy isn't looking...
