Just go to the automotive section at a place like Sears and you can see car battery chargers.  They are meant to add enough charge for when a battery dies and you need to start the car a few more times to get a new one.  Not a permanent solution. To the person with the alternator comment.  Even with an alternator batteries die, but over at least 3 years on most decent batteries.
