Replies marshmellowman Posted at 1:12 pm on Nov. 16, 2008 I haven't used that service in years, but most likely it's because your phone can't handle the video feed. It's in a format not compatible with your phone. Have you tried to look to see if your phone is on Orb's compatibility list?
