Either way, your not getting the ticket thrown out. And you were speeding, it doesnt matter where he pulled you over. They could have just as easily mailed the ticket to you. Oh, and who says he wasnt supposed to be going that way anyways? The only way this ticket is getting thrown out is if the officer fails to appear.
