| I normally write the things I'm having trouble over on a notebook page. Sort of a diary. Once when I was extremely bothered, I pretended I was talking to someone else about it and said my feelings, worries, doubts, etc and afterwards I always feel relieved and I can go to sleep. Sometimes you just have to talk to someone about stuff and when you don't have anyone, just make one up. |
