| You can learn self-control. Take deep breaths (it's cliche but it works) until you feel yourself calm down. Relax all your muscles. Concentrate on relieving one muscle group at a time. Once you're more relaxed, analyze your feelings. Why are you upset? Who is making you upset? What can you do that's constructive to make you feel better? After you're grounded, THEN it's okay if you want to talk. |
