| I can't recall ever biting myself =] I'm sure I would remember such an event. Music works wonders for me. Venting is always good. If u keep every lil thing bottled up it's going to be much harder when u break. Even jotting down ur feelings can be helpful. Make notes of things u want to change and focus ur attention on achieving ur goal. Don't think about the bad - think of the good. |
