Okay well I have a few.. issues that I want to sort out but I don't know how to.
Firstly, I get very jealous over the slightest things, and that tends to cause me to fall out with people etc. Even if a guy I like talks to one of my friends, i'll get really annoyed and jealous.
And I really want to know how to get over my jealous-ness.

Secondly, I tend to get attatched to people easily. Like, if a guy shows the slightest bit of interest, whether it's just friendly interest or more, I get really attatched and find it hard to let go. And that's not good..
Any tips on how to get over that too?

Well, the fact that you reconise your jealousy as a problem means half the battle is won already.

Just try to relax a bit more and make a concious effort not to jump to conclusions about situations.
