I stole $200 from a friends house. I met the friend like two weeks ago-she's really a friend of a friend. Yesterday was the first time I went to her house-and the money was just laying around. Today I bought something that costs $60, but told my mom it was $30, cause she thought I didn't have any money at all, so I said it was less and that I have been saving my money. I really am a good person-I don't steal, or lie, or take drugs, or do bad things. This is like the worst thing I have ever even been close to doing. I was upset over my boyfriend breaking up with me, and I just lost my head. I don't want to go to jail. I don't want my friends to lose trust in me. I...what should I do??!!!! I have already opened up one of the things I bought (I bought two-a game and a book). Help. Please. What the hell should I do??

Do you think that rule applies to rapists of child molesters?
And, try taking everything you bought, and see if you can get a refund, even if it's opened.
Firstly you ARE a bad person for stealing. Denying that isnt going to help, its a fact.
You should return the items to the shop and give the money back and admit that you stole it. Only when you face up to that can you really start to understand just what a stupid thing you did.
