I have seen counsellors and other people like that, but it does not help me because I just cannot open up to them and tell them everything, I dont trust them. I have told them I will go to anger managment, but then they say I dont need it, so I am confused. I dont want to be angry and just say stuff that I dont mean to people, but my mom is the exact same way as me, so im thinking I got if from her unfortunately, i dont want to keep this up. How do I deal with my anger? I have thought about a punching bag and stuff.. Its just the smallest things get to me and I cant let it not get to me...
