Today, i came home from school and just broke down in tears. My teacher called the house and told me I had to retake a test...I did soOo bad on it. I got a freaking C on it! My friend is dating my enemy, two of my other friends started talking shit about me, and the others always vent to me, always complain to me.

Here's the deal. I wake up at 5:30 every morning, I am in school by 6:45. I have a club, and sometimes two, a day every day of the week. I volunteer at two rescue organizations on Saturday and Sunday. I babysit at least three times a week, do three hours of homework a day, and everyone still expects me to do everything right. I cant do it, I cant take it. I cant be perfect like everyone wants me to be, and I just cant take my life anymore. I wish I was dead half of the time because my life just sucks right now :( And I lose class credit if I use a mental health day, so i have to go and i cant even take a day off to chill. Also, now my teacher is making me come in every morning for freaking extra help, and so now i have to wake up earlier, and I am going to just EXPLODE

I think there in lies why you feel so overwhelmed and stressed. If your doing things that overworking, overwhelming you and then not having something in your life that relaxes you then your obviously going to become stressed out and want to, in your words, explode.

Like i said, i think you really need to step back, lookat what your doing and prioritize alitte bit.

That does not mean you have to eliminate things you do permanently. You can always go back to them. But right now, it sounds like too much is on your plate.

That all sounds pretty tiring. I am surprised you're not falling in a heap every night with mental exhaustion and a few other things that sound bad in a medical dictionary!

It's ok though, we can repair you :)

I think it's admirable you want to work at all these clubs and you volunteer as well, not with just one but two organisations!

But it seems to me like school is stressing you out. And I know that volunteering is probably really important to you, school obviously is too. And you might need to think about what is more important, at the moment.

When things get quieter, you can always turn your attentions back to the volunteering, but for now, focus on the school work. I know they will understand.

You can't be perfect, but you need to arrange your life and your time a little better. And you're trying to add more things into a diary without being willing to let some things go.

If you don't drop some activities, you will flounder and that's no use to anyone, especially to the groups you're helping.

So, change things around a little. I am sure you will get the benefit quickly.

cut down to only the things that you really want to do... make some u time and do the things that you love for a day or two..

Not way off. But i cant quit, i have all these tournaments coming up, and I try to finish my schoolwork good, and get good grades, but sometimes i get nervous and freeze or i just cant focus and it ruins everything

You sound too overwhelmed. It sounds like your trying to do too many things to impress the people around you and make them think your "perfect." When in reality you should only be worried about one person. YOU.

I think it would be best to take a step back, re-evaluate your priorities and start giving yourself time to relax and enjoy life a little. Otherwise you will continue to drive yourself into this lifestyle that is tearing you up from the inside out.

Any other questions do ask. Am i way off?

*sigh* My mom told me clubs or hebrew school. Either one club every day or two clubs and hebrew school twice a week and babysitting my brother once a week...

Well.

If you do all of that, OBVIOUSLY you're gonna feel tired and this will obviously lead to restlessness which leads to bad at school which leads to..

Depression.

Cut down. Take it slow. You don't have to do sooo much.

cut off some stuff.. i personally think that rescue organization isn't going to change the world so why the effort?
