A friend told me that I was 'strong' because I don't really cry that often. It's just that the last time I broke down and cried, mother laughed at me, and am afraid that people will do the same. So, instead, when I feel like crying I just force myself not to. This means I end up with a bad headache. From past experience, I've learnt that bottling up things is NEVER a good thing.

I've found that aswell as sadness, I'm starting to feel angry about other stuff too. Mainly about all the lies and insults going round at the moment. I just feel like hitting people sometimes, or doing the complete opposite and ignorning them and detaching myself from everyone.

People say it's probably just stress, but I know that it's more anger. They'll say it's because of the school exams, but it's not really that. More of home troubles. It's more anger, rather than stress.

So, what can I do to control these feelings of anger outbursts?

I take a nap.

It really helps.

So write a poem.

Listen to loud music.

Take a bike ride to get out of your house.
