Remember, calming down and thinking things through, ALWAYS helps!

Taking a walk is always nice, especially when you're under A LOT of pressure. You tend to walk faster, and think more. Walking faster means more calories burnt, and you think things through! :D

You can also write things out. Whether it be on paper, or on here, it helps!

Talking to friends is nice also. Although, if you're pissed, it could be bad....because you might say something in haste that you don't really mean.

Write
And talk!
