I can answer that in regards to the European Union... Imigration benefit: there isn't any. 
no benefit? Incorrect. there are plently of benefits, and immigration is necessary in fact. It's when it gets out of hand that there is a problem. Regarding the original question, i know that by 2010 the UK will have electronic border controls to count every person in and each person out of the country, and there is talk of putting an immigration limit in place currently circulating within the home office department |
