Just cut the mods a break. They cant do anything about it, and I doubt David will change a rule just to fit you (no offense).
They stated that you are welcome to go outside, take the picture, and resubmit it.

To the OP, just take The Professional's advice. Go take the picture in a slightly different context, resubmit it. That is if you are that insistent to make sure every gets to see you in a bikini.
