But technically, as the OP said, a bikini ISNT swimwear. Though I could still see where this rule would be applied. Meh To the OP, just take The Professional's advice. Go take the picture in a slightly different context, resubmit it. That is if you are that insistent to make sure every gets to see you in a bikini.
