And bear in mind that the guidelines you break on LiveWire aren't really comparable to law considering what guidelines there are in place. Perhaps robbing a bank could equal spamming forums and stealing points or sharing noods. There are always other people, it's out there as a matter of public record because the public (and we LiveWire) have a right to know about what a member did to break the LiveWire guidelines so that in the future we can avoid them or at least just understand what has happened.
