For new members, mod discussions go like this. *Post about issue* *Viewpoint* *Different Viewpoint* *Rebuttal* *Accusation of personal attack* *Takes sides based on friendship* *1 week/6 pages later* *Mod who has been on hiatus gives input* *Mod leaves again* *Everyone waits for that mod to return* *2 weeks later/20 pages later* *David comes in and lays down rules*
