I strongly recommend the 'just' in the second sentence, but it isn't absolutely necessary. The comma after 'moments' indicates the proper rhythm which gives that sentence feeling and makes it clear that the sentence is actually correct. The second sentence is way too confusing, and I'm still not sure if I get its intent: "This space seems excellent to me.
