Tonight i decided to try and make beef enchiladas.
In the recipe that i got from my boyfriends mom says to add a tablespoon of tequila. So, i told my mom this and she about went nuts. She says i can just use water.
So, would it make it taste different if i just used water?

i don't think it would make any difference it you didn't add that tablespoon of water at all...

i think the tequila is used for a bit of flavor, a kick. but i don't think it would make any difference in the recipe
