should it be cooked covered with foil paper or jsut like that


weve been cooking one for about 2 hours  at 350 degrees adn its really raw and we raised it up to 400 and uncovered it  are we doing any good at all

you should keep it covered until the last hour or so


the last hour, after the cover is off is the most important time to baste it. the moisture stays in when it's covered, but when it's open and browning gotta keep it moist!!!
