Alcohol is a depressant. It first depresses inhibitions. That's what a lot of people count on to "loosen them up" a bit. But more starts to depress other brain functions. That's why you didn't remember much. Basically you are looking for alcohol to do something it can't do with you. If you want to start talking , open your mouth and talk when you feel like it, and stop pouring alcohol into it. It wont' do what you want. In the levels you mention though, it can damage your body  and your brain. Taking in even more can lead to alcohol poisoning. Immediatly pound the drink and trust me if that doesnt get you crazy nothing will.
