what does rabbit taste like?
I was watching Lost a few days ago and a character(Ben for those who watch the show) was eating rabbit and he didn't seem to happy about it.

I've eaten rabbit.  It is very chickenish, but not all the way.

It's also a smaller animal so it doesn't really offer large peices of meat like a chicken does, its more of a clean between the tiny bones experience.

If you google image rabbit meat you can see it. It looks chicken-ish to me.

It's not for everybody, hence why it hasn't replaced chicken etc. Some people also have morality issues 'Awwww ZE CUTE BUNNIEZ?!'.
