I don't think it would matter too much.

 I agree.

They're******* rallying with the drug companies! Oh, I like your use of the word baggie :)

Fixed.

Also, yes. Sure, lets just sneak all this poison into the food, then make them pay X dollars a month for some Lipitor.

Partially hydrogenated is still hydrogenated.

Trans fats are poison, basically. There's no need for them to be in your food, and as a consumer you should have a general idea of what you're actually putting in your body.

I personally try to stay away from anything hydrogenated, partial or not. If a company was sneaking in shit like that I'd be right pissed.

But it is true... the FDA allows less than .5g of trans fats PER SERVING. Keep in mind, chip companies at some point lowered the serving size on their chips, but kept the same amount of food per container. this would then provide "2 servings" per baggie but nobody just eats half a baggie and stops, you know?

So then they were able to say there were no trans fats when there were just as many trans fats as there were before.

FDA= Feeding Death to Americans.

I know for trans fats it doesn't have to be listed if there's less than 0.5 grams per serving.
