Ok so recently a girl and I have been getting very close.  Very different sort of dynamic in the relationship to what I'm used to, definitely more "grown up".

She's planing on coming over some time soon and I'd like to cook for her, the only problem is is that I have no experience cooking and not just htat but she's a vegetarian and I'm not particularly fond of a lot of vegetables.  But I'd like to do something nice yknow?

So I really need some advice on easy to make vegetarian dishes  that don't have lots of weird vegetables etc just simple dishes that will go over well.

Thanks in advance livewire.

You could make a simple pasta dish with peppers, tomatoes, onions, etc. Pasta is easy to make and it's fairly inexpensive. I sometimes like to make pasta with whatever veggies I have available at hand, then I drizzle it with italian dressing. It tastes great.

How bout fettucine witha  fresh green salad? yeah any pasta is always yummy, especially the fancy kind. Go scratch, if you have time.
