She's planing on coming over some time soon and I'd like to cook for her, the only problem is is that I have no experience cooking and not just htat but she's a vegetarian and I'm not particularly fond of a lot of vegetables.  But I'd like to do something nice yknow? So I really need some advice on easy to make vegetarian dishes  that don't have lots of weird vegetables etc just simple dishes that will go over well. Thanks in advance livewire.

I sometimes like to make pasta with whatever veggies I have available at hand, then I drizzle it with italian dressing.
