(my great uncle has a PHD in vocal [he invented a singing technique thta allows u to sing longer] so im going to him next) i just want some tips on how to sing higher..help please

If you can successfully pull that off I will, and I promise, to be your #1 fan. Second, To sing higher, sing in Falsetto or just tighten your throat. It seems like Geddy (you spelled his name wrong BTW) does that alot to sing like he does, especially now in his older days... GOOD LUCK!!
