so the other day i was at a gig, and there was severe feedback and speaker hum. so i went and talked to one of the guys running the desk and he said i could fix it. and i did. everything was a bit quieter, but at least it wasn't feeding back every few seconds or humming loud enough to deafen the audience.
when i left to go for a drink, the other desk guy showed up. and turned EVERY CHANNEL all the way back up. when i told him that was going to damage the equipment, he looked at me like i knew nothing.
i have a cert3 in this, ohkay?
anyway, i got my back. the place that was running it offered me a job. so they'll be kicking the other guy out.
who's incompetent now, biatch?
