Ok I was having a dream that was like super realistic and when i woke up from it it freaked me out because I relized I was just asleep. The feeling is like whoa I could have slept forever and never even known I was asleep. But ya this has happened to me for the last few nights. i think the reason is because I have been listening to these recordings that are supposed to help you have a out of body experience. i think that even though I have don't think I have had one yet it is affecting how deeply I am dreaming.
