thanks someone told me it could be neurological so i was really worried there (do not like doctors)

Many doctors look for things and then assign any problem to it because they don't want to actually figure it out... and a lot will do anything for money.. Corruption... awesome.

But you have nothing to worry about.

You've been Astral Projecting, that jump is your Astral body snapping back into place with your Physical one

Astral Projection doesn't happen by accident. You have to focus energy to do that. You have to actually pull your soul from your body.

Normal >> Happens to me at least once a month
LyricalAffair Posted at 6:17 pm on Nov. 9, 2008
Its because your muscles react to your sleep and you relax in sleep to fast, so it feels like falling.

It's normal, you'll be okay.

Read topics on the internet about dreaming. It might give you an idea. And there actually kind of interesting.
TruexZero Posted at 6:11 pm on Nov. 9, 2008
Sometimes the motions I make in ym dreams transfer to my body, and I tiwtch a lot. One time I kneed my girlfriend in the back while we were taking a nap because I was climbing up stairs in my dream.
