well i've has these nightmares or night terrors, for a long time, for just about 5 years now actually, but they've been very scarce over the last year (as in once every 2 or 3 months) but before then it was nearly every night.

they're getting worse lately (getting them at least once or twice a week), and they are really graphic and disturbing. i wake up all through the night, screaming and crying and it's starting to cause sleep deprivation, so i'm suffering at school too.
a few years back doctors found i actually have nocturnal panic attacks too.

when i used to get them this bad a few years back i would be so desperate that i would either not sleep for as long as possible so i only slept like twice a week, or i would drink myself till i blacked out and hoped i wouldn't dream.

i don't want to go to these extremes again, and i was wondering if anyone knew any home remedies or whatever that stops dreaming?

Maybe your subconscious is trying to send you a message?

What's the dreams about.
