Even when I sleep 8-10hrs, I wake up and want to go right back to sleep. I'm also groggy for the whole day, and will often fall asleep during class if it doesn't involve physically doing something (notes, experiments, etc).

I've been to see a doctor. They did all the tests and stuff, and concluded that I was healthy (if somewhat unfit).

I also don't sleep much later than 1-2 on most non-holiday days (incl. weekends) so I don't think it's that.

it is said that if you stay up on the weekends or on a holiday , it will effect your body and mind for like 3 days (till Wednesday/Thursday).If you go to bed earlier on the week days keep that routine for the whole week, dont change it only for the weekends most of the ppl do that.lol even i do that.
Any ways i read this on a newspaper or some where :/ hope it helps.

Well, I do, but it's a rarity to get fresh fruit/veggies in this household. Maybe I'll start drinking that V8 stuff.
