i tried to sleep, i really did, but i ended up laying awake thinking for most of the night without realizing it. i've got a pounding headache now and have an ENTIRE day planned, is there anything I can do to make myself feel a bit better?

try yoga to freshen up the body and get some energy flowing. aspirin would probably help too.

I go through that situation ALOT...other than sleep the only thing I can think of is caffeine?
