| Last night i went to bed at 1 am and woke up fresh as a daisy at 7.Yet last week i had an early night at 9 woke at 7 and felt like pooh.whats that all about? lol |

| Yeh its not healthy too have a bad sleeping pattern as your body does a lot of healing and digesting whilst sleeping...and it's healthy for your brain and body to have a good nights rest...try going to bed around 11...and if you do stay up really late, sleep in the next day. :) |
