For years now i have been able to change dreams whilst still asleep. I can pause in the middle of a dream and erase things i don't like, and i can rewind or fast forward and relive them again and again. i also have the power to choose what i am going to dream about. can anyone else do this?

i heard if you wake up every morning and write about your dream, and everyday if you can vividly remember them, there isa mind trick you can do so that you can change and alter them
