amnesia

  Do you mean anemia...?

anemia is lack of blood. amnesia is the difficulty to sleep.

i thought amnesia is where you loose your memory?

Just to clarify this up for you both:

Amnesia is temporary memory loss.
Anemia is a deficiency of the oxygen carriers in the bloodstream which leads to lack of breath and extensive fatigue: Sufferers have been known to drop off to sleep for no reason.
The difficulty to sleep is insomnia.

Shit diet, lack of exercise?

When you sleep well, do you oversleep?  Oversleeping makes me feel like crap, to be honest, and makes me more tired than undersleeping.

Otherwise, it could be stress, it could be part of your age (in your teenage years your body is changing, so you do need more sleep).  It could be depression... it could be something more serious (Though this is most likely not the case).
