at night. like i cant fall asleep.
i dont know why....its not just one day. its like everyday
any one else have this problem?

I'm like that too. I go through phases of a normal sleeping pattern to a ridiculous one. Insomnia.

Most people assume they have insomnia simply because they don't go to bed.  The real questions are: Do you wake up feeling tired? Do you have regular sleeping hours? How long does it take you to fall asleep after you go to bed and turn off the lights?

Yeah, it's actually a genetic thing, there was a study about it at UH recently. Some people have different 'rythms' that keep them awake at different times than the rest of the group. Some think it's a vestigial structure right? like it's left over from when we were nomadic and one person could stay up while the others slept...

Or you could just be hyped on caffine
