For some reason, I was really tired this morning. I went to bed at about 11:00 and was asleep by midnight. I got up at 5:00, oddly enough, took a shower (or tried to...with no hot water...), then went back to sleep and got up again at 7:00. And even though that sounds weird, that's actually rather normal for me, I'm used to it. I somehow manage to get anywhere between six and eight hours of sleep, even if it's abnormal, and then just go about my day.

But this morning, I was wiped out so after my boyfriend left for class and I ate (and ran outside in the freezing cold for an "emergency" alarm... ), I took a nap and ended up sleeping for three hours. And after I woke up, I felt like I was, I don't know...like I was getting sick or recovering from a cold. My face was flushed and I was dehydrated and warm and sort of out of it.

This started happening a year ago, when I first entered college. I started taking naps almost daily and every so often, I'd wake up feeling like something was wrong. Anyone else feel this way sometimes?

obviously you need longer nights of sleep, u may have a small case of insomnia, get some melatonin or unisom for sleep aid, or ambien if u can get ure hands on it

I'll have to do that. Unisom knocks me out so badly that I end up sleeping all day anyways. I've been trying to get my hands on this one kind of melatonin that my boyfriend gave me once that works really well. It's the sublingual kind and it's nearly impossible to locate near here so I'll have to give my Dad a call and see if he'll let me purchase a few bottles online, it'd be cheaper to do that than drive a million miles trying to find the damn stuff because the ones you simply swallow don't help.

your body needs either long sleeps if u sleep over 3 hours, or a short nap which is more like 1 hour
