When this problem gets resolved, another one will pop up, and another, and so on. The laws of physics will prevent any mechanism that might spawn a Higgs boson or other new particles.

When the accelerator is (was) turned on, the particles created violate the laws of physics, so it will be illegal for them to exist. The only resolution will be for the particles to travel back in time and prevent the accelerator from being turned on.

That's what happened to the planned Superconducting Supercollider.

If by "good article" you mean full of unscientific bullshit then yes, you'd be right. No particles were created when the machine was turned on.
